PARCO-LUBRITE^® LT-10 is a new product for the creation of a manganese phosphating coating, with special advantage of lowering the process temperature in more than 20ºC. The process temperature of PARCO-LUBRITE^® LT-10 is between 65-75ºC compared to old generation products that most of the products operates between 95-99ºC. It is widelly used in the automotive industries.

This coating provides a garyish to black, cristaline and uniform coating with a thickness between 5-10 microns.

This coating is the base for oiling, dry lubricants or for paints, due to the cristalinity of the coating.

The coating provides an anti-friction proprieties and for that reason, most of moving parts, which have metal to metal friction are coated with manganese phosphate.

Another advantage of PARCO-LUBRITE^® LT-10 is that it doesn't contains nickel salts. When a product contains nickel salts, it has to be labelled as Toxic, per the new EU legislation.
